Except for Valium I would say the only thing that takes it down a tiny bit for me is to some degree knowing I have help (if I do), or thinking, "F*ck it, I can't deal with it anymore I'll do the best I can and it's out of my hands" and trying to stay focused and talk to someone who brings me centered down (as in down in a good way) Thank you

Once you stop, dig a hole with your hands in the soil, sand, grass, the ground, etc, and scream in the hole that you just dug as loud as you can and for as long as you want Once you feel that you 'let go' of whatever emotion, memory, feeling, etc, cover the hole that you dug and walk or run back to where you started

I have permanent constant muscle movements They occur in my hands, arms, legs, neck and facial expressions, and rocking back forth They were caused by one of my medications I was taking for auditory hallucinations I will have them for the rest of my life I take a medication 3x daily to lessen them but nothing will completely stop them

I dont know the correct way to explain this but I'll try my best to For eg if I'm picking a glass of water then my hand goes slow towards the glass and then I pick it up to drink but slowly Taking things, putting things back is when I'm experiencing slow movements Is this a side effect of
