You're lucky he replied at all buddy, his comment is 9 years old but to answer your question cheats disable trophies while using them So if you played story mode mission that gives you a trophy when you have a cheat activated you don't get that trophy BUT if you replay that mission after reloading a clean save you will get that trophy
