Hagerstown terminal is moving into old yellow terminal in Hagerstown by September this year Where they are now they are leasing and the lease will be up Supposing the old yellow terminal has like 60 more doors and they want to try to make the new terminal a hub terminal with 3 shifts Wish

Rumor has it Estes will be moving several terminals this year Heard ones they had bought from Yellow will start being utilized and it might change up some runs miles and hopefully add some runs Over heard a manager telling some drivers that with the amount of terminals moving he wouldn't be surprised if they put bidding off just a little

Possibly but i doubt it Ive worked at trucking companies that didn't know some of their drivers had no hazmat endorsement The people in some of these offices do the bare minimum to get by Even at Estes i have witnessed drivers having to tell dispatchers about the d o t rules and the dispatchers saying they would check into it

In fairness, Estes has over 24,000 employees, only 11,000 ish are drivers Out of those 11,000 how many are P D? Even if every Line Shuttle driver is frustrated as hell with ridiculous wait times, it doesn't directly impact the vast majority of employees
