"으" is pronounced with your teeth touching (or almost) and mouth lips half-wide while saying "U" The difference is that when we say "U" (not English pronunciation but "우"), we pout our lips to pronounce it, for "으" you keep your teeth (lower-upper) almost touching and saying "우", the sound produced will be "으"

this is a great start but do keep in mind that they are like this, not exactly this always work towards sounding more "korean" - the vowel space is not identical first order of business might be saying "o" for not so much time english o in most dialects is more like "oou" - it's soooo long
