This is for Lester BernardReyes, hoping you'll get this message - I HAD a problem with my internet upload speeds, my Spectrum downloads run about 550 and normal upload is around 21 However on one computer, I only had upload speeds of 2 to 4 I found you answered that question back in 2021 with almost the exact same set of instructions as given
