尤其是我大致观察了一下，在近两年貌似很有一部分RA-L的投稿实际上是经过了两轮修订的，这可能是投稿量增加的原因。 以下是我感觉投稿过程中可能需要注意的点： 1、初稿：投初稿时注意需要采用 ieeeconf 的会议模板，详见 Information for Authors - IEEE Robotics and Automation Society，不能超过八页，且目前要求双盲，即不出现作者和相关资助信息。 初稿的手稿pdf要求控制在10MB以内，并且可以提交50MB以内的 multimedia文件 （可选），需要注意的是，如果第一轮没有提交multimedia文件的话，在后续是没办法再进行提交的。
