Re: Email login Hi BT seem to specialise in trying to make things as difficult as possible but there is no need to put up with their email software Set up a free Gmail account and divert your BT mail to Gmail and you never need use BT's software again My Gmail stays logged in and even starts automatically when my browser opens

But now that particular email address has gone from the list of email accounts the family holds and Each time I try to log on I get bounced back to the login screen My emails to the address do not come back undelivered I tried the help service, via Web Chat I used the webchat help yesterday for 3 hours and I was assured all was in order

Re: Email login Yes - this happens frequently - I can receive but not send from my IMac - but can on my IPhone - been going on for a while now! Not impressed with BT Customer Service on this issue!

Email login I’m having trouble login to my email account on my main computer I have no problem accessing it via my iPad or phone, I need to delete a few emails, 🙄 and to do it individually on my iPad would be painful 😊 i put in my name and password and then it says I need bt 2 step authorisation Any suggestions please?

Re: BT email login The facility that you have been using to log onto more than one of your BT email accounts is being removed and may actually have already been removed from your account In order to access your BT email accounts you will need to logon to them individually
