No insurance pro but you can lower coverages but I don’t think that’s a good idea You can raise your deductible if you want You can make sure you both have defensive driving You can lower your rent a car reimbursement you might have 60 plus a day you can lower it to 35 a day reimbursement I have the same issue as does everyone else now

So, in terms of the actual thread topic, even with increasing home values due to increasing demand in relation to supply, Buffalo is still relatively affordable Those other things make up a smaller portion of costs and this doesn’t consider home insurance, which can cost more elsewhere So, you have to consider other housing related costs too

Returned my leased car with zero issues I believe OEM is triple the price and you may need to pay out of pocket depending if they have it in stock I did quite a bit of research TBH OEM verse NON OEM is almost the same It may make a difference if you have a fancy car with heads up display, heated windshield, etc…also gets expensive
