You 100% need to pay for insurance on anything from Alibaba that you can't afford to just lose It is common for these things to come broken, with flaws, being the entirely wrong machine, etc The insurance isn't cheap, but you 100% need to pay for it in this situation And pay a freight forwarder to handle everything
