I'm new to outlook I currently connect to my Telstra bigpond server to access my emails How do I access my bigpond emails through outlook My email address @bigpond com has to remain the same Any advice would be much appreciated ***Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category ***

However the new version of Outlook on my new PC had to be set up with my Microsoft Hotmail Account email address It doesn't have "File" tag at the top and I can't work out how to transfer my current Bigpond net au account across to the new Outlook I was hoping to have both my Microsoft Hotmail and Bigpond accounts working from Outlook

Problems accessing Telstra Bigpond email with new outlook I have always been able o access my Telstra Bigpond email through Outlook however when the new Outlook updated It required me to enter the IMAP details all of which I did but it would not bring up the "Continue" option

Under the **Folders** option, you should see a query for **Root folder path** In this box, type "INBOX" (without the quotes) and then click **OK** 6 Click **Next**, then **Finish**, and then **Close** This should sync your Trash mailbox from Telstra Webmail with your Outlook email

My Bigpond account is connected to Outlook Lately emails from Telstra go direct to Archives and not Inbox All other emails go to Inbox and outgoing messages go out normally Telstra very helpfully say the problem is with Outlook and not them Any advice will be gratefully received Michael

I have trouble opening my Mail a few times cos of new Outlook I can't open it cos its no longer supporting the Mail app on Windows 11 By the end of 31 Dec 2024 I have old Outlook but i haven't been using for a long time I have my own Mail app I can't open it with Microsoft password My email address always is BigPond I need help Regards Jen
