😑 Staff at my local Audi dealer also didn't know how to properly set up multiple user profiles with separate app logins They told me straight up that we would have to share the same profile and app login because you could only have one with remote access I knew that sounded like bullshit so I played around on my own until I figured it out

Should I bother with the MyAudi App? I purchased a used 2019 Q5 and love driving it Since I purchased it used from a dealership but not an Audi dealership, I have had not luck trying to access the MyAudi app It says I need my Audi partner to recognize me as the owner of the vehicle

From what I understand the main difference between the two user types is that key users are the primary, have remote access and control the car remotely from the app While regular users are for custom driver settings which covers everything from seats and mirror configuration to set warmers and Audi presense settings
