Although ExitLag gave me better ping numbers (1-12ms), I experienced A LOT of desync in-game, much more than normal I fought the same person with and without ExitLag on, and the desync was consistently less intrusive when I had ExitLag OFF

Hello, i downloaded hf patch, better repack, and k plug according to the guide and now everything all zoomed in, the button for carress, recieve, and insert are small and theres no options to change location or remove clothes in H scenes Also cant make the game full screen Anybody else have this issue and know how to fix?
