Ideal temp for blackstone pizza oven?Yes, try launching at a higher temp I assume you are using an IR to measure the stone temp 2 diff IR can register vastly diff temps due to a number of factors, so while others may say they launch at 650, that could be a higher stone temp than when your IR says 650 Also, it is good to try to aim at the same part of the stone from the same distance each
