The issue is that I cant' set my resolution to 1080p 60HZ only 30 hz and games are stuck on 30fps and with horrible screen tearing I deleted GeForce Experience and my current Graphics Driver I then went onto Nviidia's website and rolled back to the last working driver from March 2020
