My connection speed on youtube is really slow I can't watch a 4k video or even 1440p I have 200mbps download speed, although it says like 20 000 or 30 000 on youtube I've tried unplugging, resetting my router Clearing google chrome's history and cache n stuff Nothing really worked I also have youtube premium but that doesnt help either
