HP Notebook windows 10 blue screen then stuck on system repair mode He then proceeded to hit Ctrl F12 it went to blue screen and said please wait and then went to the circle arrow and could not continue and then it shut off and said it was restarting but would not restart He tried to get it to recovery mode - except he never set a recovery point
