- Can Make The Cut work with the Cricut Expression 2?
Since then, MTC does not include the drivers(?) needed to work with Cricut machines I may have the date and terminology wrong, but MTC does not currently support Cricut machines 0 · Share on Facebook Share on Twitter

2 years on one blade gotta be a record I haven't cut chipboard on the expression in ages If I remember right it has to max everything [except speed that needs to be low], and multicut at least twice, sometimes people have to do 3-4 times on the expression

I was doing good by cutting 1-2 designs at a time with little manipulation BUT it has stopped cutting MTC and the cricut seem to be communicating fine however the cricut machine is not actually cutting the paper It looks and sounds like it's cutting but when it's done there is no cuts on the paper Can someone explain what does this mean?

I have still not been able to update my firmware I have not been able to install the trial version of design studio because I already have the software on my machine I updated my software and ran the update After my cricut restarted I still only have version 1 34 on my cricut screen

Shutting the cricut off and back on should unfreeze it regardless but you need 2 34 firmware to use it

2) Open up the MTC program, go to the 'Help' tab on the top toolbar, click on 'Advanced', click on 'Download and Install Cricut Drivers' 3) Turn off and unplug your Cricut from your computer (if it was plugged in) Your cable should have one 'boxy' side that plugs into an opening on your Cricut

Anyone know why my Cricut would be freezing up all of a sudden? Both with a cutting file (from a trusted source) as well as a font from my computer Just a general note we are off the grid at home and so don't have internet thank you for those who have helped and and not heard from me because of this this forum is truly a blessing!!

I have a file I created a couple years ago in Sure Cuts A Lot that I used to cut with my cricut I bought a cameo about year ago and have been using Make the Cut with it I have several gifts to make with the old file and I decided I wanted everything in MTC and to be cut on the Cameo I exported my design as an svg and saved it to SD card
