If everything looks as it should and the autofill prompts are still not appearing for any site app, use the chatbot at the bottom right corner of support dashlane com to request 1:1 help and be connected to a live agent (if available) or email support after letting the bot know you still need assistance Thanks

Dashlane is good (to be honest) but they lack with "customer service factor" which turns me off, that is why I chose 1Password! Yes, UI design is a plus, but that is not how I choose a company who i'll entrust my passwords; I will always go with the company that put "Security" on top on their goal list, and that is my friend no doubt is

Only the standalone Dashlane Authenticator app will be sunset You can manage all of your 2FA items inside of the main mobile app and Dashlane on the web extension! If you protect Dashlane with 2FA and that token is stored in the standalone Dashlane Authenticator app, it will need to be moved to another Authenticator app

I'm using Install Chrome Extension to get Dashlane app from chrome store but I couldn't log in For some reason I needed to delete files including current sessions from Roaming folder - which is basically making opera as freshly installed and this did the trick, apparently something with my open session was corrupting extension

Dashlane made a big deal about going web-app only and sent multiple warnings about them scrapping their desktop apps A few months after scrapping it earlier this year, they reversed this and suddenlty introduced a new desktop app for MacOS which I am using currently (and is much nicer than their previous desktop app)
