According to what i found on the device management section of the crunchyroll desktop website, you can activate 20 devices per account but you can only stream from 1 device at a time with the Fan membership if you have the Mega Fan membership you can stream from 4 devices at once

If this didn't help go back to settings-> Apps-> "Crunchyroll" and "Clear Cache", you will have to login again If all of the steps are not helping UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL the app, espically on PS4 Pro and the Fire TV Stick you can get black screens, where un- and reinstalling the app is the way to fix it
