If you use the correct ElAmigos site then you will that it uses 1fichier, gofile, mediafire, mega, dropapk and megaup in addition to the two you mentioned And as for those talking about clicking one link as opposed to multiple links ElAmigos has one link you click to add all the parts to jdownloader for you so it's easy peasy

As far as download managers go, i would recommend you have one such as Jdownloader2 since sites like Elamigos often divide games up into multiple files of say 5gb There could be as few as 5-10 files or as many as 100+ If you decide to torrent instead, make sure you have a paid VPN that has a killswitch (check megathread in automod comment)
