Yeah, I tried that Restarting host pc didn't help Restarting the Gotomypc service didn't help Reinstalling the app didn't work either Installing an earlier version of the app instead, as recommended by the telephone tech support people, also did not work We are still showing most of our machines unable to connect and would like to know why this happens whenever a new Gotomypc release gets

Gotomypc having some kind of outage I've had users pinging me for the past fifteen minutes saying they can't get into Gotomypc Either the login screen doesn't load, or the screen never transitions from login to 2-step verification, or the thing never moves past 2-step once they give approval, or it hangs on Account Selection
