Advice needed Was thinking now about running from New Orleans to Dauphin to Gulf Shores, AL, but, as indicated in the attached image, I am not so sure about even that now with regard to the "seas" and my recent experience Long runs are OK, for me because I am used to running 200+ miles day - but not in 4 ft seas for 60+ miles
