Well here is a response from Kevin (Customer Appeals Manager AT T) about my complaint to the BBB AT T truly does not think they are responsible for the SII debacle and expect us to foot most of the bill (in other words, you can get a phone at a slight discount but have to extend your contract another 2 years, etc
