As of late, I am UNABLE to CONNECT to Mac's I have previosuly setup and succesfully connected via Unattended Access with LogMeIn Rescue A lot of my client computers, including my test Mac have the LogMeIn Rescue Unattanded Access login icon on the menu bar greyed out

This did not answer my question at all I really need to be able to granularly give permissions - Grant a user the ability to add delete modify the users in their USER group - Grant a user the ability to add delete rename computers in Groups they have access to The only way to accomplish this appears to be via "Grant all access" but that grants too much permissions

The mail that reached our systems from clsmail logmein com came from the IP 159 183 100 75, which is a SendGrid IP address, and thus was rejected, as the SPF record dictates If password reset mails are to be sent from SendGrid, the SPF record for clsmail logmein com will need to be updated to include SendGrid IP addresses

As per previous support advice, I am trying logmein com and beta logmein com and gamma logmein com but NONE are returning the one-time code via email This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use logmein as a reliable remote support product as I cannot log into the service This seems to be happening mosty at weekends, which is ridiculous
