Not sure, but in the US Mazda just released its year-end sales numbers for CY2024 and the 3 sedan is up 39 8% and the 3 hatchback is up 11 6% compared to 2023 As more and more brands drop sedans (saloons) in favor of CUVs, and sales are up for the 3, I would hope Mazda would continue to ride that wave rather than give up and go to an all-CUV

Since 2016 there has hardly been reliability issues with Mazda's cars and engines Mazda engineering is top notched and really focused on reliability Check out this teardown of this Mazda engine, it has failed (,which is super rare to happen) but he goes in depth with the build quality and what they engineered into it to make it last

2022 Mazda 3 AWD turbo they replaced hub bearings and still has a hum noise now starting at 40 and more pronounced at 55-67 Above 80 it goes away I guess i have to drive it at 80mph they wont fix it and claim "intent of design" I told them if i wanted a whiny willies jeep i would have bought one!!!
