I finally got someone in Customer Service to tell me that a new Macys Red Card would be sent to me by the 20th which I never received - she even gave me my new last 4 digits of card On July 21 my Red Card showed that it was closed Never received my new card I made a Online purchased on July 23 and it processed and I received order on July 26
