I've tried to login to see email on some occasions and get sent to bt com webpage which is totally useless as it has no Email link, so forcing you to login to My BT which is also a hidden link - you have to scroll doen to find it and then you get back to a screen which allows to to see an 'Email' link again which might work or you may end up in

Somewhere there is a link to my contract with BT that sets out all of the detail in multiple pages of small print I have looked in many places having logged on to my account in My BT but cannot find it and have followed some suggestions on the web, most of them asking me to click on parts of My BT that aren't there

@kenneth456 but is the username in the format of an email address? There was a requirenment to change usernames to email addresses quite a few years ago and I'm trying to fiqure out if this could be related after recent changes to MyBT

Thanks for that Jade HELP sent me down another rabbit hole but silver lining, a fault was discovered on my broadband (had no idea) and Openreach came up trumps I still needed to talk to a real person so set my alarm, rang at 8 01h selected 1 then randomly 1 Result!
