I ordered playstation support to delete my account in order to use the connected e-mail again - 30 days later I can't use it Maybe someone can help me or had a similar situation slightly over 30 days ago I contacted the support of playstation and got them to delete my PSN account

Go to Settings In Settings, go to Connections Under your linked PlayStation Network account, toggle both “Display on profile” and “Display PlayStation Network as your status” to be turned on However, my discord still shows a blank status I should also note that this issue doesn’t happen when I’m playing on Xbox, PC, or Switch

Perhaps the network issue changed the licensing information and any PS4 that was connected at the time was impacted by it? I mean I'm grasping at straws here, but again a Primary PS4 can launch games without an internet connection, so it's odd that a working internet connection that connected to a down PSN is giving problems

- [PS5] Online Status Unknown Every Boot-Up : r playstation - Reddit
Very recently for some reason, everytime I boot-up my PS5 I'm always logged in with the Online Status of "Unknown", which creates issues whenever I want to play a multiplayer game In order to fix it, I have to either keep trying to log in or out, unplug my ethernet cable and plug it back in, or keep restarting my console; which I'm sure you can imagine, gets very tedious everytime I want to
