But your post here says that your are downloading and updating Quicken so that tells me you are running Quicken Subscription and have an active subscription If this is the case, then @Greg_the_Geek's suggestion is a good one Just a couple of comments to add:

SIMLIFI: This is a separate sister product from Quicken but it is not compatible with Quicken It is web-based only so I would imagine that once the subscription expires the ability to use it will expire at that time, as well
