Hello I have a 3 5 MM jack headset I am trying to set up with speech recognition In sound settings I can confirm the headset both works and records audio clearly AND is set as my default input

Whenever I go to my control panel there is no setting for speech recognition, I have opened ease of access, I have also set it to sort by large small icons it just doesnt show on my computer Voice access works I have enabled the voice settings, I have restarted my computer multiple times but it still isnt there Not sure what I am supposed to do
