Ouch, that hurts and it has proven to be totally unnecessary This throttling had nothing to do with the computer being too hot or the computer being too dirty inside Lenovo purposely designed this computer to throttle and they never released a bios update to change or fix this problem To them it wasn't a problem It was by design

nah not really, it is near the limit of max temp and it can make your cpu throttle and also for sure it is really bad for long term usage i suggest you to use that laptop on hard surface so it can cool components properly, get a vacuum fan cooler or cooling pad to help it cool down, and if you can do some disassembly and have no problem with doing dat, you can re-apply the thermal paste with
