Exactly, as I said in post #6, if you aren't getting a little bit of dust, then you probably shouldn't want pads like that on your car Carbotech calls the 1521, "low dust," and it is substantially lower dusting than the OEM Brembo pads Back in the C7 era, someone posted a test of dusting on Powerstop pads, vs Carbotech 1521

BUT these pads are awesome!!! I've driven about 2000km on them and very little brake dust compared to the stock pads I just cleaned my wheels for the first time since Installing the new pads So little brake dust and it wipes off easier The Brembo pad dust was sticky and after about 200 km I had to clean the wheels

My 2023 Z-51 has Carbotech #1521 pads for almost three years now No issues, just make sure they were installed correctly with copper brake grease on the ends where they contact the caliper Review the many installation videos on the internet just to make sure they are installed correctly
