I just purchased The Great Courses Plus today and the first time I launched it, the channel opened, displayed a logo, then immediately closed I could not remove this app in Roku I tried rebooting Roku and made sure all software was up to date This was during the trial period, so it looks like I'll be cancelling if this is not fixed

So, i've reset the pin to be used for everything, changed my email account password, removed the trial for great courses plus i've checked all the devices i'm signed into and removed any older ones that i haven't used in a while Yes, i have had 2MFA activated for years, which is why i've changed the email account password

We can access Great Courses at two different separate locations, so it doesn't look like the GC subscription is limited to one TV However, it may limit watching it to one location at a time If anyone can find out if you can stream at two (or more) locations simultaneously, I'd much appreciate it as I'd like to give access to our daughter and

After trying several suggestions on your support page with no luck, I contacted a Roku customer service tech via your chat portal After two-plus hours of trying every suggestion, they made, (some twice) we were unable to resolve the issue and I was told to wait 24 hours and then see if a solution had been found! (please see the attached chat log )
