Building Safety Permit Applications Fees The Permit Center is located at 3031 Torrance Boulevard New Permit Center Counter Hours Effective January 22, 2025: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with alternating Friday closed 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday Walk-in Counter Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Closed: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
