I will be absolutely ripping off the "oil lamp that seals and fits in the UCO lantern" eventually Maybe I'll make a few extras as a GAW Design notes to help myself think, and to get thoughts on the designs from @P40 and @CornerShop It looks like the titanium one needs to be removed from the lantern to seal it Is this an inconvenience?

I have found a container the right size for moulding candles for the original UCO candle lanterns they are 30mm x 90 mm Dairy farms have milk sample bottles they look like 35mm film canisters only much taller and a little wider I have a candle burning in my lantern now Will post pictures
