Xbox controller driver unavailable Windows 11 I just bought a new xbox controller and try to connect it to my desktop, however my system does not recognized it as a controller and categorized it under other devices in device manager, despite one of my older controller works perfectly

I'm having this same exact issue I can confirm that I connected via usb-c and updated the drivers with the Xbox Accessories app It appears to be detected as a generic bluetooth controller and not xbox controller when connecting only via bluetooth Firmware: Xbox controller detected correctly via usb-c: Generic controller detected via bluetooth:
