I can only speak for Hertz I booked with them because I was a Hertz regular, but in reality the Hertz in Costa Rica is pretty much a separate company leasing the brand You get no points from the rental, and the cost is pretty much twice what the website quotes after fees and insurance The facility is offsite and requires a shuttle ride
