My slicer is all of a sudden not doing as well as it has I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, light mode, I have downgraded to V5 and still does not cut correctly As you can see from the pics The marker protruding is not there it has the cup and the letters but cuts off part of the marker Has anyone seen this before and do you know the fix
