Thank you Question#2 on Form FL-165 (Request to Enter Default) asks if FL-160 is attached Also, question#4 a (3) (B) on Form FL-170 asks whether community assets and debts are listed on a completed current FL-160 So, if I serve FL-142 in lieu of FL-160, then how can I complete these two Forms without a filed FL-160?
