LAFCO of Napa County meets on the 1st Monday of even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) Regular meetings begin at 2:00 PM and are held in the Napa County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located at 1195 Third Street, 3rd floor, Napa, CA
