another trick is to take the image you want to work with and move it to the canvas, erase the part you want to "modify", assuming you're trying to go for the sexy bits and then enter the singular prompt "add structure" the ai will fill in the rest based on human anatomy and the context of the image don't forget to add your neg prompts to avoid any major image defects
