Status of HGVC HI Properties with recent Kona low storm: Looks like lot . . . We have been at Bay Club, part of HGVC’s Waikoloa complex, adjacent to Kohala and just down the street from Kingsland View from our lanai overlooking the golf course just now This part of the west side of BI apparently escapes a lot of the rain storms - the forecast kept postponing arrival of the Kona low through Thursday and Friday

Difference in value of points between Worldmark and Club Wyndham? I see a bunch of resale listings of Club Wyndham properties and I believe I understand the difference between the two of one being owned at a specific resort and the other being points that can be used at any of the properties Club Wyndham points seem to be dramatically cheaper than WM points
So which Worldmark resorts are going to close? I'm sure you have heard that Wyndham is closing like 20% of it's sites (20 out of approximately 100 strictly Wyndham site, not including WM owned sites with Wyndham presence, or former Shell resorts) Anybody want to speculate on which Worldmark resorts are going to close? Worldmark Founders Level - Timeshare Users Group Online Owner Forums We just attended a presentation at Worldmark Kihei where they tried to get us to "upgrade" to Platinum level We are Diamond Elite level with 36000 Worldmark Travel-share points They offered us 29000 points, that would take us to Platinum status But to get to founders status we would need 80,000 points total
