- Hobby Lobby Fabric? - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Re: Hobby Lobby Fabric? I don't have much experience with Hobby Lobby fabric, they just opened the first store near me Of course I went to check it out They have a decent selection of quilting cottons, not really any big name designers but nice prints in a wide range of colors I bought a few yards, the prices were good
- Hobby Lobby Fabric? - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Hobby Lobby will never beat my LQS in terms of quality or the personal touch support, but they are heads and shoulders ahead of Joanns or Walmart Their fabric is not the best, but overall not bad I like to shop there for craft supplies Christmas wrap, etc, things not carried in the quilt shops
- Sew-ology Thread - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Sewology is Hobby Lobby's brand for sewing notions - I've not tried their thread, but I've bought other items under this brand (pins, rivets, ribbon, etc ) all seem to be decent quality Let us know if you try the thread
- Soft and Stable vs. Pellon FF77 stabilizer - The Quilting Forum . . .
Good to know I did know it was only 20" wide and only plan on buying it when if I can get it at 50% off On a side note, the other day I found that Hobby Lobby has 40% coupons online that you can print out and use in the store, once a day I used it on 971F which is much denser than 987F, but I have not used it yet I think I will like it!

- Hobby Lobby PreCuts - The Quilting Forum - Missouri Stars Quilt Community
Was at Hobby Lobby today and for the first time, I noticed ours has precuts from a line called Fabric Palette Jellies They were $12 99 (so only $7 79 with the 40% off coupon) - thought it was a great deal until I noticed there are only 20 strips per roll Fabric is nicer than that of the Stripz brand, but not as nice as Moda, etc
- LQS quilt fabric vs Joann hobby lobby fabric
Re: LQS quilt fabric vs Joann hobby lobby fabric When I first started quilting, I bought a lot of fabric from Wal-Mart Hobby Lobby, b c I didn't want to pay LQS prices in case I messed up the project I buy less fabric from WM now, but then sometimes you find just what you're looking for
- LQS quilt fabric vs Joann hobby lobby fabric
Re: LQS quilt fabric vs Joann hobby lobby fabric Just to chime in, my first 3 quilts were made strictly with Hobby Lobby, Joanns and WM fabric They have been used heavily with pets and grandkids, washed frequently, run thru the dryer until dry and are holding up just fine I use whatever strikes my fancy and I really don't care where it comes

- Insulation for Potholders - What to use? - The Quilting Forum . . .
I also use insulbrite and a layer of cotton batting 2 layers of insulbrite are too thick and stiff for my taste Insulbrite is sold where ever fabrics are sold by the batting, Joann's, Hobby Lobby and Michaels all carry it
